The "chillout" zone :: straw mats spread out surrounding the party. Kerosene stoves add to the party decor! The vendors are foundly called "chai mami's" as the drink is a favourite amongst the foriegners. They hawk everything from chewing gum, fruits, candy, biscuits, sandwiches.. the list goes on! They are keen business folk and drive a hard bargain. Some of these ladies have been making their livelihood at these parties for the last 20 years !!!!
